Jainesh was born and raised in Suva, Fiji, in a Gujarati Indian family (Soni).

particular rites, or why the traditions surrounding the funeral, cremation and ashes matter.

Not every Gujarati family follows the same traditions.
Our community includes families from different regions, backgrounds and Sampradayas, with customs that may have been passed from one generation to another.
Some families will have their own Pandit or spiritual leader who will guide the Antim Sanskar and final rites

Our role is not to tell your family how you must farewell your loved one.
